The World Cyber Games NSW Qualifier kicks off this weekend, and over 150 gamers are expected to take part in some of the fiercest competition around to win a spot at the National Final in Luna Park, Sydney next month.

For those who have registered for the Sydney Qualifier, or who have not registered but want to compete in one of the five disciplines, here's what you need to know.

World Cyber Games Australia & CyberSlam are looking for news and content contributors. We are in the process of generating an online solution for upcoming events and competitions throughout Australia.

Call of Duty 4 WCG Online Qualifiers Announced

CyberGamer have teamed up with WCG Australia to run the online Call of Duty 4 qualifiers. The qualifiers will start late May to Early June and should see teams from Australia wide competing for the top 2 seeds in the National Finals held in Sydney in August. The top 2 teams will win paid return flights to Sydney for the national event. The next 6 teams will receive an invitational position in the tournament.

WCG Counter-Strike Autumn Cup Registrations Open

The sixth World Cyber Games event will be held in Cologne, Germany on 5th to 9th of November. Get your game face on and get your team ready for the main event by participating in our inaugural Autumn Cup.
